The wide range of ciders by @gwyntyddraigcider
And to finish the drink options we have Spirits by @penderyn.distillery including their Penderyn Whiskey, V Vodka, Rose Petal and their Botanical Gins
Our newest menu celebrates Welsh produce by including, Welsh seaweed in our laverbread burre blanc that accompanies our Hake dish and as a crispy “while you wait” dish that is paired with homemade Ailoi.
The meat we have on the menu, including the lamb rump, sirloin steak, and chicken breasts are from a local Welsh butchers
And don’t forget Crempogs and the selections of Welsh cheeses to finish the evening off.
