  • Do I have to make a reservation?

Booking your table in advance is highly recomended. Please do not be offended if we turn you away without a reservation.  We are a small restaurant, and a small team of staff that prepare everything to order and sometimes we have reached our capacity for the evening.

To make a booking we will need your Name, Contact telephone number, time of arrival, number of guests and a £5 per person deposit.

If you would like to make an online booking click here.

If you would like to make a telephone booking them please call 01341 280400. If there is no answer then please leave a message with your name and contact number and we will call you back.

  • What do I do if I no longer need my reserved table?

If you have a table reservation and are running late then please let us know, if we don’t hear from you we will hold the table for 10 minutes and then we will re let the table if possible.

If you need to make changes to the amount of guests on your table then please let us know as soon as possible as we might be able to re let tables. E.g If you have paid a deposit for 5 people and only arrive as 4 people then you will loose the deposit for 1 person

If you cannot make your reservation then please let us know as soon as possible.

If you have paid a deposit and give us 48hrs notice, then we will keep the deposit and can move it to another date for you. If you would like a refund then 25% handling fee will be taken to cover credit card machine charges.

Less than 48hrs notice and the deposit will be forfeited.

If we must cancel your booking for any reason, then a full refund of the deposit will be given.

  • Why do I have to pay a deposit?

Over the years we have had many bookings which have cancelled very last minute, or not turned up. We are a small family run business and when this happens it affects our business greatly. We take a small deposit of £5 per person to cover us for when this happens.

Any deposit paid will be taken off the bill at then end of the evening. If you do not turn up for your reservation then the deposit is forfited.

Deposits can be made in person, over the phone, or by bank transfer.
